Refund policy

At TheStylore, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, here’s how you can return or exchange your items:

Domestic Orders Returns:

  • Return Window: You should return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags still attached. Any items that are used or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Return Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, we may provide a pre-paid return shipping label if applicable.

    • If a return shipping label is not available, you will be responsible for self-shipping the product back to us.

    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

    • If the returned items do not meet the return criteria (used, damaged, or missing tags), your refund request will be declined. The items will be sent back to you, and you will bear the return shipping costs.
    • Our decision on returns is final and cannot be challenged.
  • Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7  business days.

  • Return Fee: A Rs. 150 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Limitations: Only one return per order is accepted.

Domestic Orders Exchanges:

  • Exchange Window: Requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

  • Exchange Process:

    • Please raise an exchange request through our customer service, and we will guide you through the process.

    • In certain areas, we may be able to arrange a reverse pickup for your exchange request.

  • Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.

RTO Charges:

In the case of Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred on both the initial shipment and the return process. This includes the cost of shipping the item to the original destination as well as the cost of returning it to the sender.

** Please note that customized items or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

**Please note that All international orders(Shipped Outside India) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
